1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to our website and all our services, including the related mobile applications that belong to GymCity and are controlled by CodersBucket Ltd., the developing software house of GymCity.

2. Overview

At GymCity, we strive to ensure that our users have a satisfying experience with our management software. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all subscription types. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions including Premium and any future paid plans we may introduce. Please note that the Free version of GymCity does not qualify for refunds as it is a complimentary service.

3. Subscription Plans and Refund Eligibility

Free Plan:
  • No charge and therefore not eligible for refunds.
Premium and Paid Plans:
  • Users can downgrade or cancel their paid subscription at any time.
  • When a subscription is downgraded or canceled, the remaining balance of the current billing period will be credited to the user’s account.
  • The remaining balance is calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription. For instance, if a user cancels or downgrades their monthly subscription on the 10th day of a 30-day billing cycle, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
    • Monthly Fee: $2000
    • Daily Fee: $2000 / 30 days
    • Used Days: 10 days
    • Refundable Amount: ($2000 / 30) * (30 – 10)

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Users must request a refund through their GymCity account dashboard.
  • Once a refund request is submitted, it will take approximately 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on the banking and payment processing systems

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the request. However, this period may extend depending on the banking and payment processing systems involved.

6. Conditions and Exclusions

  • Refunds are only applicable to the unused portion of the current billing cycle at the time of downgrade or cancellation.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any administrative fees, taxes, or other non-subscription charges.
  • Users who violate our terms of service may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the subscription downgrade or cancellation to be eligible for consideration.
  • Promotional discounts or credits applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any third-party services or products purchased through GymCity are not eligible for refunds through this policy.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

GymCity reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or a notification on our website.
