Add a Branch
In Gym Settings → Branches, add the branch with its contact details, address and map point. GymCity copies the main branch's settings, payment details and opening hours, so you only change what is different. The new branch starts hidden, which gives you time to finish setting it up. Adding branches beyond the main one depends on your plan.
Publish It
When the branch is ready, switch on Show on GymCity. The branch then gets its own public page and its own listing in gym search, with its address, hours and map pin. Its page also lists your other published branches. You can hide it again at any time, and a closed branch is never shown.
Work in a Branch
Pick a branch in the header branch picker, and the members, attendance and reports you see follow that branch. The owner can move between every branch; staff only see the ones they work in. If a branch closes, you close it in Branches instead of deleting it, so its history stays. The main branch cannot be closed.

Yes. Closing a branch hides it from GymCity and keeps its records, so past members, payments and visits are not lost. You can reopen it later from the same Branches screen. The main branch cannot be closed, because new branches copy their starting settings from it.
No. Your main branch is always included, but adding more branches needs a plan with the Multiple Branches option. The pricing page shows which plans include it. Multi-Branch is also meant for one gym with several locations; separate businesses with different owners should each have their own GymCity account.
