Create Your Plans
Add each plan with a name, price and billing cycle, such as monthly or quarterly. Add an admission fee if you charge one when a member joins. Prices are in your local currency. Services sit beside plans for extras you sell, such as personal training sessions or a locker.
Put Members on a Plan
Pick the plan when you add or edit a member. GymCity sets the next bill date and makes each new invoice a few days before it, so nobody types amounts by hand. A regular discount for one member goes on their Billing tab and applies to every new invoice until you end it.
Show Plans on Your Page
Choose which plans appear on your public GymCity page and whether visitors see the price. Pick one plan as the featured "From" price on your listing. You can also show how many members joined each plan. Visitors who like what they see send a Join or Question request from the page.

সব প্রশ্ন →Yes. You can list plans on your public page without prices, or keep a plan off the page completely. Visitors then call you or send a Question or Join request to ask about fees. Hidden prices make no difference inside GymCity: members on those plans are billed as normal.
Your local currency. Gyms and trainers in Bangladesh price their plans in Taka, and accounts outside Bangladesh use US dollars. Invoices and receipts for a plan use the same currency, and your public page shows prices the way local visitors expect to read them.
Yes. Open the member's Billing tab and add a repeating discount, either a fixed amount or a percentage, with a reason. GymCity applies it to every new invoice until you end it. A one-off discount goes on a single invoice instead, within the limit set for the staff member's role.
The new plan applies from the next bill. GymCity does not split or recalculate an invoice that already exists, so if the change should affect the current month, adjust that invoice with a discount. The profile shows the new plan and next bill date straight away.
No. In Billing Settings you set the largest discount each staff role may give. Every discount needs a reason and shows in the invoice history, and a discount can never be larger than the unpaid part of the bill. Discounts are also blocked while an online payment for that invoice is in progress.
