Delete it without the app
Email info@gymcity.com with the subject "Delete my account":
Send it from the email address on your account. If you sign in with your phone, include that phone number.
Tell us your name, so we can find the right account.
To make sure the request really comes from you, we send a code to the email or phone on the account. Once you confirm it, we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What we delete
Your name, phone number, email address and photo
Your password and sign-in methods (Google, Apple or Facebook)
Your profile details
Your notifications and the app's push notification link to your phone
What stays, and why
Records your gym or trainer keeps. This covers your membership, attendance, invoices, payments, plans and health records. They belong to the gym or trainer, who may need them for their business and tax. Ask the gym or trainer directly if you want them removed.
Chats and reviews stay so the other person's conversation still makes sense. They show as from a deleted user, without your name.
Backups of our database are kept for 90 days, then they expire.
Payment records we must keep by law, for as long as tax law requires.
If you own a gym or have a Pro plan
We can't delete an account that still runs a business on GymCity. First cancel or transfer your gym or Pro plan, or email us for help. Then delete your account as above.
