How to See Your Plan and Dues

Log in to GymCity to see your membership plan, every bill from your gym or trainer, and what you still owe. You can pay a bill or tell the gym you paid by bKash or Nagad.

Before you start

  • A GymCity account that your gym or trainer has added as a member. See "How to Sign Up as a Member".
  1. Step 1: See your plan on the dashboard

Log in at app.gymcity.com. Your dashboard shows your gym: your Plan, your Status (for example Active) and Member Since. The Payments card next to it shows your next or unpaid bill, with Pay and View Bill. When nothing is owed it says All paid.

    1. Plan, Status and Member Since.
    2. Payments: the amount, who it goes to, Pay and View Bill.
    3. My Bills in the left menu: all your bills.
  2. Step 2: Open My Bills

Click My Bills in the left menu. The box at the top shows how much you owe each gym or trainer. Below it are your bills, newest first. Use Unpaid to see only what you still owe, or Paid for bills already settled. Each bill shows its plan, the period it covers, the amount and a label: Due, Overdue, Part Paid, Waiting Approval or Paid. Click a bill to open it.

    1. What you owe this gym, and on how many bills.
    2. All, Unpaid and Paid.
    3. A bill: plan, period, amount and its label.
  3. Step 3: See a bill and pay it

Details shows who the bill is from, what it is for, the Fee, what you have Paid and what is Still Owed. Payments lists what you have paid on it. Under Pay This Bill you see the ways your gym takes payment. A blue Pay button pays online on the payment company's secure page. If the gym lists a bKash or Nagad number, send the money there, then click I Paid by bKash / Nagad and enter the details from your payment message; the gym checks it and approves it, then it counts as paid. If neither is shown, pay at the front desk and the gym records it. Print / PDF saves or prints the bill.

    1. Details: Fee, Paid and Still Owed.
    2. Pay online (only if your gym takes online payments).
    3. I Paid by bKash / Nagad: tell the gym you sent money to their number.
    4. Print / PDF.

If Something Goes Wrong

Your gym or trainer has not linked your account yet. Open the menu under your name at the top right and choose Invitations to accept their invitation, or ask them to add you with the phone number you signed up with.

Each one is a separate profile. Open the menu under your name at the top right and use Switch Profile to see the other one's plan and bills.

You reported a bKash or Nagad payment and the gym has not checked it yet. Once they approve it, the bill shows as paid. If it takes long, contact the gym.

Yes. Open the Bills tab in the app to see what you owe, open a bill, pay online or report a bKash or Nagad payment.
